Energy used to start eligible world-map marches and rallies.
How it works
One Stamina restores naturally every 5 minutes. A normal eligible march costs 10 Stamina and starting a rally costs 25; joining another player's rally costs none. Stamina is refunded when a rally is cancelled or its target is no longer available, and Diana can reduce the cost of marches or rallies that she leads.
