Time-reduction items reserved for building construction and upgrades.

Each item removes its stated duration from a construction timer. Construction Speedups are category-specific, so they cannot be used for research or troop training. They reduce remaining time rather than the Bread, Wood, Stone, Iron or Truegold cost of an upgrade.
